policies and purchase guidelines

 

Checkered House accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  All sales are processed and shipped UPS according to your preference the next business day after placing your order.

Packing of merchandise and materials is free of charge; however, shipping charges are paid by the client. 

We love the artwork we carry and understand the importance of you loving it as well.  We feel confident that you will enjoy your purchase but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, all merchandise can be returned up to 10 days after purchase.  We ask that you pay the shipping charges for the return. 

We encourage you to please give us a call after receiving your work.  Not only do we just like to know that it was received in good condition but that you are happy with it. 

Feel free to send any photos of artwork when placed in your house.  The artists love to see this.  Their art is personal to them, and often knowing where it is and that someone is enjoying it is a gift.  We will, of course,  forward all photos and comments to the artists.
